This event reframes SDG 11.1 as a question of dignity and a fundamental human right bringing together leaders from government communities innovation and youth to explore people-centered solutions for adequate housing for all. This event will highlight the scale and impact of the housing crisis and inspire urgent collective action to ensure everyone everywhere has a place to call home.

The resumed second session of the United Nations Habitat Assembly will take place from 29 to 30 May 2025 at the UN-Habitat Headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya.
